  • Once accepted, an order confirmation or Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspicious activity.
  1. OEM / Private Label Orders
  • For customized or private label orders, written approval of artwork, formulation, and packaging is mandatory before production.
  • Any modification request after production begins may incur additional charges.
  • OEM and private label products are non-refundable once produced.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We dispatch goods through reliable logistics and courier partners both domestically and internationally.
  • Delivery timelines depend on order quantity, location, and shipping mode.
  • SHRIYAN ENTERPRISE is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen events.

  1. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in specific cases such as damaged or incorrect items.
